All prescription medications supplied by Pharmacy Weight Loss Bolton are issued only following a clinical assessment carried out by one of our qualified prescribers. A valid prescription is required before any prescription-only medicine (POM) is dispensed.
Our pharmacists and prescribers retain the right to decline to issue or dispense a prescription at their professional discretion. You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund in accordance with UK medicines regulations, as prescription medications cannot be returned or resold.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a suitable resolution. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed.
